Checkly is a strong product for engineering teams. It runs API and browser checks written as code, mainly Playwright and JavaScript or TypeScript, and fits neatly into CI and monitoring-as-code workflows. If you built your app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0 or Cursor, though, you may not want to write and maintain test scripts just to know whether people can still sign up.
This page covers what to look for in a no-code alternative, the options that exist today, and where FlowCanary fits.
Uptime monitoring isn't enough
A ping monitor tells you the server responded with 200. It won't catch:
- a signup form that throws a JavaScript error on submit
- a login that redirects to
localhostafter a bad deploy - a "Buy" button whose backend function returns 500
- a page that loads but renders blank
These "online but broken" failures are common in AI-built apps, because each prompt can change code you never read. Catching them takes a real browser walking your real flows.
What to look for in a no-code flow monitor
- Setup without selectors or scripts: plain-English steps, recorded flows, or flows suggested automatically.
- A real browser, so you catch JS errors, failed requests and blank renders.
- Step-level evidence: which step failed, a screenshot, console output and network errors.
- Alerts you'll actually see, by email or Slack, at a check frequency that suits you.
- Flows that survive UI changes, so renaming a button doesn't break the monitor.
- Fix guidance. If you didn't write the code, "step 3 failed" isn't enough on its own.
- Predictable pricing for one or two apps.
Options that exist today
These descriptions come from each vendor's public pages as of October 2026. Check current features and pricing yourself.
- Checkly: code-first (Playwright), great for dev teams with CI pipelines.
- NorthDuty: signup-flow monitoring using AI-suggested or plain-text journeys.
- Vigilant: browser "flows" written in plain English, with alerts on failed steps.
- PerkyDash: visual builder for multi-step web and API workflows.
- VeriWasp: no-script flow testing with video, trace and console, plus CI and deploy hooks.
- Sai (Simular): AI agent that runs full signup journeys, including email verification. Positioned for pre-release checks rather than scheduled monitoring.
Where FlowCanary fits
FlowCanary is built specifically for apps made with AI builders.

Today, free: a 30-second health check of any public URL. It reports:
- console errors and failed requests
- broken
/signup,/loginand/pricingpages - broken links
- whether Google sees a blank page
Every issue comes with a paste-ready fix prompt for Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0 or Cursor.

Next: daily flow monitoring. Scheduled checks of your signup, login and checkout flows, with alerts when a step breaks and the fix prompt included. The founding plan is $19/month. We're taking reservations now, and no payment is collected yet.
If you have an engineering team and CI, Checkly is a great fit. If you'd rather paste a URL and get told what broke and how to fix it, start with the free check.
Run the free 30-second check → Then reserve a founding spot for daily monitoring from your report.
How the free check catches flow-breaking issues
